Here are some film posters we might use for inspiration for our poster:


(The Hand That Rocked The Cradle)...We like the contrasting use of black and white with colour, creating a juxtaposition which draws attention to the picture in the middle. It is eerie without being gory or too obvious.
(Blair Witch Project)...We like the simplicity of this poster, it uses the imagery of scary woods and part of the face, which creates enigma code and attracts the viewers' attention, making them want to know more.
(Panic Room)...We like the woman's face in the foreground, attracting the attention, then the use of the background man in shadow which is intimidating, even though it's behind.
